Because We're Always Learning More About God
We are taking a walk through the book of Galatians. Paul was on fire that the churches he started in the province of Galatia were walking away from the liberty they had received by God's grace through Jesus and turning backward to the Law. The study of Galatians is to illustrate that belief in the life, death, and the resurrection of Christ is the only requirement for salvation. Mandating other additional requirements for salvation is a false gospel and is not supported by Scripture and was never God's purpose. In the modern world, it is common to find the church in opposition to Christ by developing a worldly, legalistic approach when the true responsibility of the church is to follow Christ in faith and liberty.
"It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery." Galatians 5:1
